While hiking along a cinder cone, I noticed this tree framing a nice view, and the light hitting it just so and thought "I bet that'd look better in black and white". I'm a complete amateur when it comes to black and white so it took a bit of noodling in photoshop to get some more contrast out of the sky but I'm happy with the result.
